HR Roles - Recruiters & Interns

About the Role:

We’re expanding our HR team and looking for dynamic HR Recruiters and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our growing logistics organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.

Positions Open:

1. HR Recruiter (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Handle bulk hiring, conduct back-to-back interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring reports.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in logistics, BPO, or similar high-volume hiring industries is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. HR Intern (Paid Internship)

Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in talent acquisition, screening, and coordination.
• Assist with interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Learn and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment and employee engagement.
