About the Role:

We are seeking energetic professionals with experience in international sales or US/international voice processes to join our growing logistics team. As a Sales Associate, you will drive outbound sales, manage client relationships, and support smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound calls and lead development
• Drive client acquisition and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
• Manage documentation and resolve operational issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in US/International voice process, sales, or international ticketing
• Background in freight brokerage or logistics is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zone).
• Familiarity with US geography and logistics terms is an advantage
