About the Role:

Join our HR team as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This internship offers opportunities to contribute meaningfully to recruitment campaigns, talent engagement, and internal HR operations under seasoned mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job advertisements; manage listings across platforms.
  
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
  
• Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
  
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRIS.
  
• Assist in onboarding tasks and documentation.
  
• Communicate offers and rejections.
  
• Participate in recruitment drives and collect market salary insights.
  
• Address candidate or employee queries related to HR policies.
  
• Support additional HR projects as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Studying or recently completed Bachelor's in HR, Business, or similar fields.
  
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
  
• Professional attitude, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
  
• Bonus: basic understanding of labor laws or HR policies.
