Key Responsibilities

  • Post internal job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and Internshala.
  • Manage and update hiring-related content on different portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Share shortlisted profiles with HR for final selection.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Share offer letters, coordinate joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with companies looking for software developers and share relevant trained candidate profiles.
  • Match internal trained candidates to open roles and share resumes with external HR teams.
  • Follow up regularly with company HRs for updates on shared applications.
  • Work closely with the Placement Head to achieve hiring and placement targets.
  • Support in preparing placement reports and candidate tracking updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate (Preferred: B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BBA, MBA HR)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
  • Ability to screen, evaluate, and match candidates to job roles
  • Basic understanding of offer letter drafting and onboarding process
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred
  • Prior experience in campus hiring, IT recruitment, or EdTech recruitment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
