Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
  • Min. 6 Month 2.5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
