Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Collect, validate, and clean data from various departments for accurate reporting.
Generate performance dashboards, productivity reports, and trend analyses.

2. Database & System Management

Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all MIS tools and reports.

3. Analysis & Insights

Analyze data to identify patterns and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Highlight deviations, gaps, and performance issues through detailed reporting.

4. Coordination & Support

Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and other teams for data requirements.
Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and reports.
Assist management in preparing presentations, charts, and summary reports.

5. Automation & Process Improvement

Develop automated reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, or Power BI (if required).
Improve reporting formats and simplify data presentation for management use.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
Experience: 15 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or MS Access (added advantage).
Basic understanding of HRMS/ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
