Job Description

HR Recruiter Fresher || Take Home 18,000 || Immediate Joiners|| Only Female || Hyderabad || Work From Office

HR Recruiters (Freshers)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding selected talent.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen potential candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Shortlist resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and follow up throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates
Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory)

Freshers (2024 / 2025 pass outs) are welcome.
Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)

Salary:

18,000 Take Home per month
