Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong HR and Admin experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting HR administrative functions.If you are passionate about people, process-driven, and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create and update job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Maintain HR records and support administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Assist in employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all candidates.

Skills And Qualifications

Proven work experience as an
HR Executive or HR Recruiter
.
Experience with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and HRMS tools.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Good
convincing and negotiation abilities
.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in
Human Resources Management
or a related field.
Knowledge of
Business Development
is an added advantage.
Candidates residing near Malad
will be preferred.
