HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Cloudwick, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day employee experience with your strong coordination, communication, and planning skills. Your passion for people and knack for organizing engaging on-floor activities will contribute to a lively and connected workplace culture. You will independently drive HR operations, coordination across teams, and ensure smooth execution of various HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for all employee queries, HR coordination, and operational support. - Plan, organize, and execute on-floor employee engagement activities, celebrations, and contests to foster a vibrant workplace culture. - Support end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and employee data management. - Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback submissions, and employee communications effectively. - Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely completion of all HR operations deliverables. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Recruitment, Finance, and Admin for seamless coordination of employee experience. - Contribute to initiatives related to recognition programs, wellness, and cultural events to enhance employee morale. - Support compliance processes and HR audits as required. - Ensure consistent communication across all HR touchpoints through channels like Slack, email, and announcements. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator in a dynamic organization. - Excellent communication, multitasking, and people management skills. - Strong organizational skills with expertise in planning events, managing logistics, and handling multiple priorities. - Proficiency in Excel and HR tools (Experience with Zoho is a plus). - Creative thinker with a passion for enhancing employee engagement and morale. - Self-starter, enthusiastic, and reliable individual capable of taking ownership of initiatives end-to-end.
