Key Responsibilities: Oversee NABH accreditation, quality control systems, and related activities to ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, 5'S, and DHS standards. Coordinate and implement NABH policies across departments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Lead quality initiatives and training programs for staff on NABH standards and quality improvement processes. Manage the preparation and verification of all NABH-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and forms. Monitor and report on quality indicators, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations. Conduct internal audits, track corrective actions, and ensure improvements are implemented. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation. Manage incident reporting and ensure corrective actions are executed promptly. Coordinate NABH accreditation audits and follow-up on recommendations. Candidate Profile: Education: B.Sc.(Nursing) / MHA or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as NABH Coordinator or Quality Manager in a hospital setting. Skills: In-depth knowledge of NABH standards, strong leadership skills, experience in handling accreditation processes, and familiarity with audit systems.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations across IP rooms, OPD, OT, ER, Radiology, etc. 2. Prepare weekly duty rosters and allocate manpower efficiently. 3. Conduct training programs for both in-house and outsourced staff. 4. Implement and monitor Quality & Infection Control Standards. 5.
