Job Description

Ortho-One is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent across various clinical and non-clinical roles. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for hospital staff, including clinical and non-clinical positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other relevant channels Create and publish job postings on the hospital website and external platforms Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with department heads for further evaluations Handle interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and salary negotiations Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires Maintain recruitment records and prepare regular reports Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future requirements Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and labour regulations Qualifications & Requirements: Qualification: MBA/MSW(HR) or equivalent Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital recruitment (clinical and non-clinical) Skills: Proven ability to source candidates within defined timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using job portals, social media, and sourcing tools Skilled in interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding processes Proficiency in the MS Office Suite Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
