1. Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations across IP rooms, OPD, OT, ER, Radiology, etc.
2. Prepare weekly duty rosters and allocate manpower efficiently.
3. Conduct training programs for both in-house and outsourced staff.
4. Implement and monitor Quality & Infection Control Standards.
5. Inspect cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards across all areas.
6. Coordinate linen, waste management, pest control, gardening, and supplies inventory.
7. Visit offsite locations (admin office & godown) as scheduled.
8. Liaise with Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
9. 10. Maintain documentation, checklists, audit records, and participate in compliance meetings.
