HR Recruiter

As a Recruitment Assistant at White Force, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. - Conduct reference and background checks. - Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation. - Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding. - Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information. - Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date. - Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews. - Track employee attendance and leave. - Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries. - Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies. - Assist with employee grievances and complaints. - Act as a liaison between employees and management. - Generate reports on HR activities and performance. - Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions. - Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - An Associate's degree in a related field may be required.
