*Job Title:* HR Recruiter (IT and Non-IT) *Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts across various IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms. *Responsibilities:* - Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and staffing needs - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in IT and Non-IT domains - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals - Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations - Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other external partners - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment laws - Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless recruitment processes - Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to stakeholders *Requirements:* - 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT domains - Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Masters / graduation in HR or related field preferred *Preferred Qualifications:* - Experience with recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management software - Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations - Certification in HR recruitment, such as SHRM or HRCI *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and professional development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 03/11/2025
