Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job roles and qualifications.
Source Candidates:
Proactively find qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals.
Screen and Interview :
Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage Interviews :
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
Offer and Onboarding :
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Improve Recruitment :
Analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process.
Enhance Employer Brand :
Contribute to initiatives that build the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for enthusiastic recruiters for our already dynamic team.
we need at least 1+ years of experience in recruitment
qualification: Graduates and PG are welcome
Candidates are welcome for interviews From Monday Till Friday.
Timing: Compulsory 2nd half (02:30PM Till 04:30PM)
