Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. You will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring metrics.
  • Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience recruiting in BPO Hiring.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or at a staffing agency).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices is a plus.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
