Customer Support Executive (Tamil Speaking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Tamil to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and issues via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries in Tamil.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
