Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at the leading US-Based Logistics & Moving Company, your main responsibility will be to provide top-tier customer service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales efforts to ensure a seamless moving experience for our customers. This position requires working in the US/Night Shift at our office located in Centura Square IT Park, SG Barve Rd, Thane West. You will be expected to work 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling. - Assist with quotes, bookings, and confirmations. - Address concerns and resolve complaints efficiently. - Support the sales team with lead qualification and follow-ups. - Maintain organized records and update CRM systems. - Identify and escalate complex issues when needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Customer-focused with a sales mindset. - Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - High school diploma (customer service/sales experience preferred). Additional Company Details: This position is a full-time role with a schedule in the US shift. Performance bonuses are available based on your performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience and must be available to work the Night Shift in person at the mentioned work location.
