HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter with extensive experience in mass hiring, bulk recruitment, and blue-collar workforce hiring. The role demands a dynamic professional who can balance end-to-end recruitment with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll operations, ensuring both business growth and workforce satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Manage mass hiring / bulk recruitment for blue-collar roles, drivers, and staff positions.
• Conduct field recruitment drives, rural hiring camps, and large-scale campaigns.
• Execute sourcing strategies via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed etc), field channels, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for challenging and time-critical roles.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and analytics for performance tracking.

Statutory Compliance & Payroll

• Fair knowledge in statutory filings: ESI, PF, LWF, IF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Overtime (OT).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory obligations.
• Support in payroll processing and HRMS software operations.
• Coordinate with finance/HR operations to resolve payroll-related queries.

Qualification : Any UG with MBA or MSW or relevant qualifications.

Age 25 to 35

Language : Tamil and English, ( Hindi can be added skills)

Industry: Auto LPG gas / Transport / spinning mills /

Salary & other perks : As per experience and Industry norms

Candidates preferred from Erode, Namakkal, Coimbatore, Salem and nearby locations.
