As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for our organisation's requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruiting, with an emphasis on building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
  • Job Postings: Write and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are targeted and compelling.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring statuses.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
