Our team consists of 200+ architects, engineers, and CAD & BIM experts, equipped with strong domain knowledge and software expertise. We have delivered over 5000 projects across various sectors, ranging from as-builts to design documentation for ASMEP, content creation, and design visualization. Our goal is to reduce clients' production and documentation costs, minimize staffing risks, and ensure faster project deliveries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter, located in Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, which includes identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The HR Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates ( Minimum 2 years of Expereince in Recruitment)
• 95% is Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of HR practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
