- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for developers, engineers, product managers, and other technical functions—managing end-to-end sourcing, screening, and offer closure.
- Proactively build and maintain high-intent talent pipelines through Boolean searches, X-Ray tactics, GitHub mining, and niche community engagement.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish structured interview rubrics aligned to business outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and soft skills, guiding candidates through multi-stage assessments and feedback loops.
- Leverage ATS and analytics tools to track recruitment metrics—time-to-fill, funnel conversion rates, and quality-of-hire—and iterate processes for continual improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely follow-ups, and transparent feedback throughout the hiring journey.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1-3 years of hands-on technical recruitment in fast-paced product or deep-tech environments.
- Proven expertise in passive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Boolean, X-Ray, referrals, hackathons).
- Working knowledge of software engineering stacks, AI/ML skill sets, and startup compensation benchmarks.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, scheduling suites, and spreadsheet tools for pipeline reporting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions under tight deadlines without compromising candidate experience.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for quantum-computing, semiconductor, AI research, or other deep-tech teams.
- Background in campus engagement, university hiring, or employer-branding campaigns.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboarding platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition (AIRS, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn RCP) or equivalent.
- Exposure to India-plus-global hiring, relocation, and visa processes.
