HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

As an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive at our fast-growing real estate advisory firm, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and departments. You will be responsible for developing and updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through different channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs. Moreover, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong cultural fit, participating in job fairs and campus drives, and maintaining recruitment reports and analytics for leadership will be crucial aspects of your job. Qualifications required for this role include 1-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong interviewing and decision-making skills, familiarity with job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capability to manage multiple roles and deadlines, and experience with structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
