Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with strong expertise in IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in IT hiring and prior experience working in a recruitment agency/consultancy.


Key Responsibilities:


Source and attract IT talent using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and other job portals.


Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and culture fit.


Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/virtual) to assess suitability.


Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.


Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates.


Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring targets within deadlines.



Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).


2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).


Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and proficiency in other sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.


Prior recruitment agency/consultancy experience is a must.


Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.
