Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard candidates for sales and telecalling roles.
• Counsel and convince candidates to join our Training + Assessment Program (with nominal training).
• Ensure a minimum daily hiring target (5+ candidates).
• Guide candidates through training, test, and joining process.
• Maintain hiring records, documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with management for smooth onboarding.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication & convincing ability (Hindi/English).
• Smart, confident, and bold personality with influencing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and motivate candidates.
• Goal-oriented with strong target achievement mindset.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Freshers with confidence & good communication are welcome.
• Experience in HR, sales, or recruitment will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on skills & experience).
• Incentives: Attractive per-candidate incentive (earning potential up to ₹20,000+ monthly).
• Career Growth: Promotion to HR Manager/Team Leader role for high performers.
