Location: Nikol, Ahemedabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The main role will be to handle end-to-end recruitment, attract the right talent, engage employees, retain good talent within the company, and support in building a strong workforce. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. • Schedule and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, or in-person). • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements. • Maintain candidate database and follow up throughout the hiring process. • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees. • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Plan and implement employee engagement activities. • Support retention initiatives to maintain a positive and motivated workforce. • Create and implement company HR policies to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Requirements: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.
