Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional

  • recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods

  • ATS and HRIS systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
