About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, campus hiring, etc.). Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) . Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring trends. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices . Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional . Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods . Experience using ATS and HRIS systems . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with labour laws and hiring regulations is an advantage. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer insights, and sales strategies to inform product and service development. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies (like AI, IoT, blockchain), and competitor offerings. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, certifications, and self-study.
