We believe our people are our strongest asset, and we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us build a skilled, passionate, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles (engineering, R&D, technical support, sales, marketing, and site engineers).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and ensure smooth tracking of candidates.
• Support employer branding by creating engaging hiring campaigns and career postings.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong passion for HR may also apply).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
• Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media hiring.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,249.24 - ₹15,335.70 per month
