Based in the bustling suburb of Mumbai, Maharashtra, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our team by finding and attracting top talent to further our mission. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing and interview scheduling. Utilize data analysis and applicant tracking systems to optimize recruitment efforts. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and nurture relationships with potential hires. Requirements Diploma in Human Resources or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proficiency in data analysis and applicant tracking systems. Strong skills in resume screening and interview scheduling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
