Job Title: HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people management and eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support HR team in campus drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Handle basic pre-onboarding tasks like document collection and background checks.
Assist with other HR initiatives such as employee engagement and onboarding activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Eagerness to learn recruitment tools, HR software, and best practices.
Experience 0-6 months
