Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for RCM/Healthcare BPO roles (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selection, Offer, and Onboarding).
Understand manpower requirements from business leaders and hiring managers.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate communication skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure adherence to
hiring SLAs
and compliance with HR policies.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical RCM positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Any discipline).
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
with at least 1+ years in
RCM/Healthcare BPO hiring
.
Good understanding of RCM processes (AR Calling, Medical Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, etc.).
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, networking).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Work Timings:

9 hours/day; 5 days a week (flexible to align with US/Healthcare BPO shifts if required).

Compensation:

Up to
4.5 LPA
(based on experience & skills).
