Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers (ATS/HRIS).
Conduct reference checks and ensure background verification as per policy.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with candidates and representing CADOpt positively.
Prepare recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
Assist in other HR activities such as orientation, employee engagement, and policy communication when required.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS/HRIS tools (Zoho Recruit, Keka Hire, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
