We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Expert to help us expand our reach, raise donations and strengthen our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create and manage successful Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive donations and awareness. Optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and donor conversions. Manage and improve the NGO’s SEO strategy for website and landing pages to increase visibility and organic traffic. Regularly monitor, analyze and report performance of digital campaigns. Improve the NGO’s Google ratings, reviews and overall online reputation. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and NGO fundraising strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with successful fundraising results. Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page) and website optimization. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing tools. Excellent understanding of online fundraising campaigns and donor acquisition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced NGO environment. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience. Prior experience working with NGOs or fundraising campaigns is an advantage.
