Liaise with internal departments (sales, production) for shipment readiness. Maintain records for all shipments and export-related compliance. Familiarity with UPS, FedEx , and international courier export procedures. Good understanding of Indian Customs documentation , DGFT policies, and Banking regulations for exports . Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication . Knowledge of HS codes , INCOTERMS , and foreign trade documentation . Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
