Digital Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

"Preferably with a background in the automotive industry, retail, e-commerce, or a marketing firm.

• Conduct market research to establish consumer requirements, habits and trends.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Undertaking competitor research and analyses.
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, mass communication etc.).
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
• Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Masters in Marketing / Communications / Business / relevant PGDM
• 7-10 years of Marketing, Digital, Content, Social Media, preferably in the automotive industry, retail, Ecom or Marketing firm.
• Proficiency in Brand awareness / Campaign Management / Digital Media platforms / Content Creation.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Research and Analysis.
• Excellent Collaboration and Relationship Building.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
