Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
