Job Description

Location: Kanakpura Main Road, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive – Real Estate to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, construction, project management, and corporate roles within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, excellent networking skills, and hands-on experience in closing mid to senior-level positions in the Indian real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales, CRM, Channel Sales, Project Management, Engineering, QS, Planning, and Corporate functions

 Understand manpower requirements from business heads and create effective hiring strategies

 Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, consultants, and networking

 Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds  Manage vendor and consultancy relationships for lateral hiring

 Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle  Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and closures

 Track recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio

 Maintain recruitment MIS and databases

 Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives

 Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations

Required Skills & Competencies :

 Strong understanding of the Indian real estate hiring landscape

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

 Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

 Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment tools

 Result-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines

Educational Qualifications :

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Experience :

 4–5 years of recruitment experience specifically in real estate or construction

 Experience hiring for developers, builders, EPC firms, or real estate consultancies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
