Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiter specializing in Real Estate to join our team on-site in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating placements. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Sourcing candidates
• Strong Interviewing, Screening, and Candidate Assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Recruitment Strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Relevant experience in Real Estate recruiting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
