HR Recruiter (Real Estate)

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including Sales Executives, Channel Managers, CRM, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Support Functions
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for sales and site teams
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking

Screening & Selection:

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Evaluate candidates for role fit, cultural alignment, and industry experience

Offer & Onboarding:

• Prepare and negotiate offer letters within approved compensation structures
• Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with Sales, Project, and Functional Heads to understand manpower requirements
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports

Employer Branding & Compliance:

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of real estate roles and hiring cycles
• Expertise in sales recruitment and bulk hiring
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring deadlines
• Proficiency in job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools
