HR Recruiter

With a strong reputation for excellence and strict adherence to defense regulations, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with proven expertise in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on IT roles (website and software developers, IT, ecommerc, sales, ERP specialists, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand technical hiring requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for technical and cultural fit.
• Ensure fast turnaround time in closing positions while maintaining quality.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and defense industry hiring regulations.
• Coordinate with management for offer rollouts, onboarding, and orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, IT skill sets, and recruitment trends.
• Hands-on experience with job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve fast hiring targets.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of talent mapping & employer branding strategies.
• Strong networking ability with IT professionals and recruitment agencies.
