Key Responsibilities: -Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates. -Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring candidates are well-prepared. -Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate journey by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. -Job Posting: Craft and manage compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and attract qualified candidates. -Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. -Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. -Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes. -Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
