Understand the features and benefits of our
offerings to explain them clearly to customers.

Interact with customers to understand their
needs and provide the right solutions.
7. Sales Pitching:
Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert
leads into customers.
9. Target Achievement:
Achieve sales targets and key performance
metrics like call volume, lead conversion, and
revenue.
11. Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with
customers to ensure repeat business and
referrals.
13. Follow-Ups:
Follow up with potential and existing
customers to close deals and resolve queries.
15. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and
customer support teams for smooth
operations and a better customer experience.
