HR Recruiter

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and reliable HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations of Fittbot. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience, good communication skills, and the ability to manage people-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and employee database creation. Support payroll activities by maintaining attendance records and assisting with salary processing inputs. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure timely updates in digital systems. Organize employee engagement programs, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives. Coordinate performance reviews and assist with policy implementation and compliance. Address employee queries in a professional and timely manner. Prepare HR reports and assist in maintaining statutory compliance documents. Support the HR Head in administrative and operational HR functions as assigned. Work on additional HR tasks or projects assigned by management from time to time.
