Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. The role requires strong communication skills, networking ability, and a keen understanding of different hiring channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
  • Exposure to IT/non-IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and onboarding processes.
  • Strong networking ability on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,241.79 - ₹30,319.49 per month
