Job Summary: Are you passionate about connecting people with great opportunities? We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Fresher Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Mumbai. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in recruitment and learn the ropes of talent acquisition from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, helping us find and attract the best emerging talent for various roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities: (Training & Support Provided) Sourcing & Screening Support: Assist senior recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards (e.g., Naukri.com, Apna, Shine, Monster & Work India), social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and internal databases. Learn to screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on job requirements. Support initial candidate outreach and scheduling. Candidate Engagement: Help maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a good candidate experience. Assist in coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Learn to provide clear and accurate information to candidates about job roles and company culture. Database Management: Accurately enter and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Help maintain organized records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines. Research & Learning: Actively participate in training sessions and learn about different job functions within the company. Support employer branding initiatives by gathering content and promoting our company as an employer of choice. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR/Recruitment team as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. (Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!) Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience. Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. Skills & Attributes: Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is a plus. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly. Basic familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Highly Organized: Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive & Eager to Learn: A strong desire to learn, grow, and take initiative. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-Solving Aptitude: A curious mindset and a willingness to find solutions.
