HR Recruiter

Job description

Man Investment Services Pvt Ltd is looking for HR Recruiter to build team for its Financial Services Business.

Key Deliverables :

• Recruitments of suitable candidates for Business Development, Marketing, Fund Management, Credit Analysis, Software Development, Compliances, etc
• Understand manpower requirements of the company
• Prepare JDs for each requirement
• Recruitment of Candidates through Direct recruiting through Job Posts on Job Portals and other means
• Talent Acquisition
• Interview Coordinations
• Conduct preliminary rounds of Interviews
• Candidate short listings
• Salary Negotiations
• On Boarding, Employee Engagement and Exit Formalities
• Employee Monitoring and Floor Management
• General HR tasks

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 year of Experience in direct recruitment for non IT profiles from junior to senior levels
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business management
• Good Communication and Inter personal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Residing within commutable distance from Andheri area of Mumbai
• Proficiency
• Work from Office Only

Location : Andheri West near station

Working days : Mon to Sat 9except 2nd and 4th sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
