HR Recruiter

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hard-working Recruiter (Female) to join our team at CXL Technologies in Sector 63, Noida (Work From Office). Responsibilities for Recruiter: - Source candidates through various search methods to establish a strong candidate pipeline. - Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings. - Design and manage the candidate experience, including developing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements. - Conduct reference checks as necessary. - Coordinate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms. - Oversee onboarding and the new hire process. - Keep updated on recruiting trends and best practices. - Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes comply with employment laws and regulations. Requirements for Recruiter: - Hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Comfortably make 50 to 100 calls daily. - Possess experience in HR recruitment, training, or calling. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proven ability to build effective and trusting working relationships. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Capable of making independent decisions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Familiarity with applicant screening methods. - Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Knowledge of various sourcing avenues.
