Job Description – HR Recruiter (Non-IT) Top Duties and Qualifications What You’ll Do As an HR Recruiter at Anant Cars Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving talent acquisition for our growing automobile dealership business. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures of open positions while building strong candidate pipelines. Responsibilities  Understand hiring requirements for Non-IT positions across sales, service, operations, and support functions.  Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.  Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.  Manage candidate engagement and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.  Negotiate job offers and finalize compensation packages.  Achieve monthly hiring target of 20 closures.  Maintain recruitment, reports, and ensure timely updates. Job Highlights  Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with strong sourcing skills.  Expertise in bulk hiring and staffing for automobile or service-oriented industries.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.  Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
