Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter (Lead) to join our Academics Hiring team . The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, manage end-to-end hiring for high-impact academic roles, and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring for academics roles (Educators, SMEs, etc.) Drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure effective use of HRMS (Darwinbox) for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build strong pipelines. Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel and related tools. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to junior team members. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely closures. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a lead/team handling role. Proven experience in academic or edtech hiring is a must. Proficiency in Excel (reporting, dashboards, tracking metrics). Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (preferably Darwinbox) . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. High level of motivation, ownership, and a performance-driven mindset.
